This recipe is so easy and yummy!!!
Octopus corndogs
- 750 gram potatoes
- 200 gram mozzarella
- 5 hotdogs
- 200 gram flour
- 4 eggs
- 200 gram breadcrumbs
- 1 Litre vegetable oil
- Chives
- Salt and pepper
- Peel and cook the potatoes in salted water. Then mash them and add the chopped chives , salt and pepper
- Cut the top of the hotdog, and cut the other end into quaters, Then put each hotdog on a kebob skewer, and add a piece of mozzarella on the end of the kebab
- On clingfilm, form a square of mashed potatoes and add a hot dog to each
- Roll the clingfilm tightly to enclose the hot dog in the mashed potato coating. Repeat with all the hot dogs
- Place the skewers in the freezer for 1 hour, then roll in flour, then dip in beaten eggs and finally coat in breadcrumbs. Fry them in hot oil until it is golden brown
- Enjoy With ketchup and salad on the side
