This recipe is so easy and yummy!!!

 

Octopus corndogs

  • 750 gram potatoes
  • 200 gram mozzarella
  • 5 hotdogs
  • 200 gram flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 200 gram breadcrumbs
  • 1 Litre vegetable oil
  • Chives
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Peel and cook the potatoes in salted water. Then mash them and add the chopped chives , salt and pepper
  2. Cut the top of the hotdog, and cut the other end into quaters, Then put each hotdog on a kebob skewer, and add a piece of mozzarella on the end of the kebab
  3. On clingfilm, form a square of mashed potatoes and add a hot dog to each
  4. Roll the clingfilm tightly to enclose the hot dog in the mashed potato coating. Repeat with all the hot dogs
  5. Place the skewers in the freezer for 1 hour, then roll in flour, then dip in beaten eggs and finally coat in breadcrumbs. Fry them in hot oil until it is golden brown
  6. Enjoy With ketchup and salad on the side
